Sri. S. Sudha Kumar (B.Com, MBA, M. Phil, DHMCT):

Saka Sudha Kumar, a veteran in the tourism & hospitality industry across the nation. Having trained a number of chefs, hoteliers and entrepreneurs while rendering his services for 38 years right from an Assistant Lecturer to Principal I/c at Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Hyderabad between 1980 to 2018. He remains the senior most and the longest associated person ever with IHM - Hyderabad.

He has also served National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management (NITHM) as Principal, School of Hospitality. Deputed as a Joint Director (Cuisine Consultant) for the newly formed Andhra Pradesh Tourism.

He is popular with Eenadu Sunday Magazine’s “Ruchi - Abhiruchi” article for 8 consecutive years from 1996 - 2002 and regularly on special occasions till 2016.

Been as a Chef Judge to many Culinary Competitions and has a Celebrity status. He is the guru of one of the most famous Chefs of the YouTube world “Vahchef” Sanjay Thumma.

Retired on March 2018, he will be taking over as a Chairman for 2 leading institutes of hotel management in Hyderabad i.e., Pioneer Institute of Hotel Management, Ramnagar and Trinity College of Hotel Management, Tarnaka.
