To enhance the students creativity our Cultural Club gives opportunity to the students to participate in inter-collegiate, university, inter college cultural competitions and to conduct food festivals and culinary events and the editorial activities etc.
Well Maintained labs, Seminar hall, Dining hall, Conference hall, Hostel facility for the outstation students, Bank loans, free practical lunch and all the requirements of an Institute of a higher learning are the unique features of our Institution.
Apart from the syllabus Pioneer emphasizes on value addition programmes like current affairs, other short term certificate courses, training & placement which include training students in group discussions, facing interviews and so on.
Pioneer institute also welcomes the support and guidance of the academicians, executives from corporate sector, experts from abroad and a common man to train our students in our endeavour to build a better society. The Institute has close interaction with the college and industry for easy training and campus recruitments.
At Pioneer the student is keenly observed on his / her attendance and performance. Regular class tests are conducted, appraisals with attendance percentage and marks are sent to the parents to gauge the ward?s performance.
The Institute has got infrastructure capabilities of all the departments, can support with class strength of 60 students. The faculty at Pioneer is suitably qualified and follow standard operating procedure in teaching. Equal importance is give to both theory and practical sessions, while theory is taught through class room lectures, discussions, presentations, demonstrations, the vestibule laboratories help in teaching core subjects to provide first hand practical training for the student to make him a professional budding Hotelier.
This Institute is equipped to conduct Research on various Hospitality identified fields. Like Research on Regional Cuisines, Human Resource, Training and development, Feasibility study on various projects
The students who intend to be entrepreneur can take the guidance of entrepreneur skills and take the technical as well as financial intricacies involved in setting up projects. Our college is an active member of NEN (National Entrepreneurship Network).
