Faculty

The reputation of PIHM is also due to its strong commitment in employing high qualified and experienced faculty and professional instructors. PIHM has 15 full-time faculty and 5 part-time faculty who are constantly work closely with Parents, Management and Students for an overall development of student performance in terms of his/her communication, attitude, knowledge and skills.

Our faculty members are all very well experienced at HOD level in reputed organisations in hospitality sector. We believe in, selecting our faculty not just based on the experience they possess in the industry but along with right attitude and ability to teach, train and transform a student. One who can understand a student psychology and mould him professionally into a quality human resource to industry.

Mr. T. Chandra Mohan (Principal)

Chef Naveen Kumar. G

Started as an F&B Associate with The Best Western - Amrutha Castle, Hyderabad, he brings in a lot of experience and practical, commercial cooking techniques which he has gained from many star hotels. He is a great resource of knowledge with an equal sense of responsibility towards the students.

Chef Harish Madhurakavi

An Alumni (2011) of our own institute, Chef Harish Madhurakavi has completed his Masters in Business Administration from Dr. YSR NITHM started off with his career in star hotels like Taj resorts and palaces, got  trained at Marriott, Hyderabad. He is the role model of the forthcoming students, imparts both managerial aspect and technical aspects for an overall understanding of the subjects to the students.

  • Awarded as Best Faculty in the college

Chef. S. Bharath Kumar

He is a very passionate chef,focus more on practical aspect and tries to develop physical and mental strength of students.. He has done his Industrial Training in The Accord Metropolitan,T-Nagar, Chennai. gained experience as F&B associate for the Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts Bangalore and also worked as Assistant Manager in Domino's Pizza India He is a teacher but he can play a dual role being a chef too..

Achievements:
  • Have been with students and motivated for WELCOME GROUP GRADUATE SCHOOL OF HOSPITALITY ADMINISTRATION (WGSHA QUEST 2017)
  • Motivated students in participating in BANARSIDAS CHANDIWALA INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT AND CATERING TECHNILOGY (BCIHMCT) and gained two prizes in REDISCOVER INDIAN CUISINE AND VEGGIT MEAL IN A BOWL category.
  • Motivated students for ACP competitions in gaining 2nd prize in continental cookery and best theme presentation award in gateux preparation

Santosh Gade

He has gained experience and knowledge in star wood properties and also worked as manager in prestigious MNC food chains like Jubilant food works.he would like to bring a major change in the education system by implementing innovative ideas and ideals. As an intelligent communicator, work as a self-motivated person for planning organizational procedures and practices. Above all his a alumni of college.

Qualification BHMCT (Osmania University),PGDHRM.
Designation Lecturer,Front office operations.
Achievements:
  • Worked as business consultant at Wild West
  • Motivated and guided students to participate in A.C.P (Association of Catering Professionals) and Banarsidas Chandiwala Competitions in national level and achieved many prizes.

Sanjeet Kaur

She believes in practical knowledge more than theoretical to have a successful career. She imparts knowledge to the students which is a combination of both . Got trained in Taj mahal palace mumbai and worked in itc kakatiya and avasa hotels,also has work experience in multi national companies as a counsellor.Her experience,passion and wisdom helps the students to achieve great opportunities and kick start their career.

Qualification BCT & CA (Bachelor of Catering Technology & Culinary Art, Osmania University)
Areas of Specialisation F&B production, Accommodation operations and F&B Service.
Achievements:
  • Played a vital role in the organization.
  • Was responsible for training people about the HACCP procedures followed in the hotels.
  • Prepared students to participate in various competitions.
  • Trained students in IHM flower arrangement competition.

M. Sai Sravanthi

She is one of our Lecturer for Housekeeping Department. She started off with her career in star hotels like Taj banjara and got  trained there. She is a great resource of knowledge with an equal sense of responsibility towards the students.

Qualification B. H.M.C.T, Diploma in Catering Mgt.
Area of Specialization Accommodation Operations.
Experience 5 Years.
Achievements:
  • Worked as a resourceful hospitality trainer for I.S.S Trainer, Bangalore.
  • Implemented new standards for training the students in Accommodation Operations.
